Through manufacturing relationships across Italy, Portugal, Turkey, and China, we commission architectural glass, custom millwork, bespoke kitchens, and monolithic stone elements direct from OEM manufacturers. The sourcing mandate covers specification, sampling, quality control, freight, customs, and coordination. Clients receive superior engineering, exceptional craftsmanship, and delivered value significantly below comparable domestic retail.

Creative Director & Principal of Spatial DesignLong Tran oversees spatial design, material selection, and staging decisions for Bailey & Court. Formerly Creative Director at TVGla, directing campaigns for Paramount Pictures, WNBA, and feature films, and founder and seller of Yanko Design, Long brings two decades of visual storytelling and structural proportion to residential architecture.
Commissioned to design bespoke architectural tile for the prestigious Sofitel Beverly Hills renovation, Long's eye governs the tension between furniture and architecture, ensuring that every commissioned piece feels inevitable within its physical envelope.
Olive Way / Movie Colony.
A modernist compound in the historic Movie Colony of Palm Springs. Architectural plans designed in Barcelona, converted to U.S. standards, and built out under private Atelier commissioning.
Simon Court secured the acquisition of the Olive Way property alongside its original Barcelona-engineered architectural plans. Recognizing the immense logistical complexity of executing a foreign modernist design locally, the buyer's agent recommended the owners engage Bailey & Court to manage the build from conception to handover.
The clients, award-winning New York interior designers from Methods of Assembly Studio (methodsofassemblystudio.com), possessed peerless design expertise. Yet, managing a multi-million-dollar compound build remotely required an on-the-ground partner with absolute manufacturing access.
The Atelier partnered directly with the architect on revised plans and municipal permitting, vetted all trade contractors, and procured every physical element direct from OEM factories: frameless architectural glass, custom solid stainless steel primary closet doors, fully fabricated marble slabs, and a custom 14-foot solid stainless steel kitchen island. The compound is currently slated for feature publication in Architectural Digest upon completion.
