This notice explains how Bailey & Court collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through this website and the services connected to it. It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you. It is a notice of information practices, not a waiver of rights or a contract for real-estate representation.
Scope
This notice applies to baileyandcourt.co, public inquiry and application forms, Private Listings invitations and sessions, Bailey & Court Administration authentication, and owner-specific private outreach pages. It also applies to information you provide when asking Bailey & Court to consider a Realty or Private Office engagement.
Bailey & Court operates this website. Realty services are provided through SERHANT. California when a page, communication, or engagement says so. Bailey & Court Private Office services are separate and are not presented as brokerage services unless expressly stated.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect the following categories.
- Contact information
- Name, email address, telephone number, and correspondence.
- Professional information
- Brokerage, real-estate license number, role, and professional affiliation.
- Property and service information
- Search criteria, timing, price range, representation status, property address, anticipated value, motivation, and information included in a confidential brief.
- Consent and preference information
- Confidentiality acknowledgments, Private Listings agreement version and acceptance time, marketing choice, and privacy requests.
- Access and security information
- Application, invitation, grant, session, renewal, revocation, rate-limit, and audit records. Access tokens and session credentials are stored as digests or in protected HttpOnly cookies rather than displayed in the Administration interface.
- Technical and usage information
- Browser and device details, approximate network information, pages and referring pages, timestamps, website interactions, server logs, and aggregate analytics.
- Administration identity
- Authentication identity, account role, and sign-in records supplied through the Manus OAuth service for authorized Administration access.
Public forms do not ask for government identification numbers, account passwords, payment-card details, financial-account credentials, health information, or precise security details. Please do not place that information in an open text field. We will provide a controlled channel if an engagement requires sensitive material.
How we use information
We use information only for defined service, operational, security, and legal purposes.
- To respond to inquiries and evaluate requests for Realty or Private Office services.
- To review Private Listings applications and issue, secure, renew, or revoke access.
- To record confidentiality agreement acceptance and protect controlled information.
- To match an approved recipient with a property only when seller authorization and the recipient's brief permit disclosure.
- To provide requested services and maintain client, vendor, and transaction records.
- To operate, measure, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To prevent misuse, investigate security events, enforce terms, and defend legal rights.
- To meet legal duties, responsible-broker supervision, MLS requirements, and regulatory requests.
Sources
We collect information directly from you, from an agent or advisor acting for you, from an authorized representative, and from the systems that operate and secure the site. Those systems include hosting, database, storage, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and security logging. During an engagement, we may also receive information from clients, licensed property sources, public records, vendors, or professional advisors when lawful and relevant.
How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients.
- Hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, and security providers acting for us.
- SERHANT. California, the responsible broker, and involved licensees when a Realty matter requires it.
- Lawyers, accountants, insurers, security professionals, and other professional advisors.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or the protection of rights.
- A successor in a lawful merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality controls.
We do not disclose Private Listings property information merely because a person has visited the site or submitted an application. Access requires approval, a valid session, current agreement acceptance, and property-specific authority.
Sale and advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use this site to operate an advertising network. If those practices change, we will update this notice and add any choice mechanism required before the new processing begins.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses essential cookies for private sessions and authorized Administration authentication. Private Listings links are time-limited, and a successful redemption creates a protected session cookie. Owner-specific outreach pages use separate access controls. Disabling essential cookies prevents those private areas from operating.
We use limited website analytics and server logs to understand page performance, referral context, and security events. We do not knowingly permit advertising networks to track visitors across unrelated websites through this site. The site does not presently alter first-party analytics behavior in response to legacy Do Not Track browser signals. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the site does not currently present a sale or sharing opt-out control.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to security, legal, and brokerage obligations. Private Listings invitations and browser sessions are designed to expire after two hours. An approved access grant is generally valid for 60 days.
Expired operational invitations, sessions, grants, and pending, expired, or revoked applications enter a cleanup window of 90 days. Private Listings access audit records are retained for up to 365 days, and expired rate-limit records are removed after their operational window. Active engagements, security investigations, legal claims, and records connected to a licensed real-estate transaction may be retained longer. For example, California law generally requires a licensed broker to retain specified listing and transaction records for three years.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Measures include access controls, hash-only invitation and session token storage, protected HttpOnly cookies, rate limits, server-side authorization, role restrictions, controlled storage, and audit records.
No online system is completely secure. Do not send sensitive property, financial, or personal security information through a public form. Contact us to arrange an appropriate channel.
California privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to Bailey & Court and your information, a California resident may have the right to know the categories or specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service when exercising a right.

Property confidentiality
Public real-estate records may not be personal information for every California privacy-law purpose. Bailey & Court nevertheless treats nonpublic seller, occupant, property-access, showing, security, floor-plan, and distribution information as controlled material. Private Listings access does not authorize redistribution, public marketing, reverse identification, or direct contact with a seller or occupant.
Children
This site and its services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
International visitors
Bailey & Court is based in the United States, and website information is processed in the United States. Visitors in another country should submit information only if they understand that it will be transferred to and processed in the United States. This notice does not claim compliance with a foreign privacy regime that has not been assessed for a specific engagement.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as services, technology, or law changes. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. Material changes will be presented conspicuously on the site or directly to affected users before or when they take effect, as appropriate. External destinations linked from this site maintain their own privacy practices.
